Thanks, we did get it set up, but it does create issues for 3rd party tech support needing to login as admin to troubleshoot. I’m going to call this resolved.

Okay, so other than false positives and whitelisting, can you please advise the recommended procedure for adding additional admins once 2FA has been activated and configured? I have other admins to add.

Again, it would be helpful if this were clearly spelled out in your support docs.

To follow up, it’s not he Master Slider. I deactivated it and still had the problem – featured images don’t load during the first page view.

Nope, it’s not the Master Slider. I deactivated and still had the problem – first page view no featured image.

The featured image is the only image I’ve been able to get to go full width. I installed Master Slider on my site to add full width options for other locations on pages and posts.

But I’ve got an unresolved issue with the featured image at top of page not loading when a page is first viewed – refresh or later visits loads fine. I’ve wondered if the Master Slider is somehow conflicting. May have to try deactivating it (and blowing up my pages) to see if this is the case.
