for landing page, for form submission – mail & name is fine. Can you any email marketing service providers like mailchimp for this purpose.

You can use contact form 7 as well to create form and have only two fields name and mail and keep autoreply in cf7 configured to send email on confirmation. However to market these subscribers at later stage, email marketing service would be better

There are content locker plugins available that allow you lock the download on email submission or social share.

what do you mean by import?. I think the issue is caused due to caching plugin active as a result direct image link is not shown.

I guess what you are looking for is pdf embedder , to embed pdfs to your page

Can you try installing Classic Editor and see if it solves your issue. If problem persists, please try disabling plugins one after the other and check if any plugin is causing the issue. Check with default theme as well, if you get the same issue

please check Appearance -> Menus . There should be another top menu where probably you might need to add My Account Page Link.

Add

as custom css to your theme. Should fix the issue
