The qrcode images are directly generated via JavaScript when displayed on the front (client side), no images are generated on the server.

Sorry but there is no option available to automatically save them to the server, all image saving is manual.

Concernant le prix du produit, désolé mais il ne me semble pas que WooCommerce fournisse de shortcode pour le prix d’un produit. Vous devrait renseigner cela manuellement, ou intégrer un snippet php à votre thème si vous savez comment faire cela.

This is not a plugin issue, it is a normal operation.

Indeed, the only options present in the ‘QR Code Generator Settings’ that can be saved are the choice of the default color of the QR Code image and the background color.

The other editable elements present on the ‘Shortcode Generator Assistant’ are specific to each code generation and are not saved. The ‘Shortcode Generator Assistant’ is only used to assist in the construction of the shortcode structure.

There is currently no specific internal functionality to track the scan, this plugin don’t collect any data from scan or users. You can however have a qrcode that links to a page that takes care of this before redirecting the user.

This plugin can indeed generate QR Codes for users, but ‘Kaya QR Code Generator’ don’t provide any data from users, in order to get users data as content you must use another shortcode from an other plugin in addition .

For example with shortcode, use [kaya_qrcode_dynamic][user_plugin_example_shortcode][/kaya_qrcode_dynamic] or with the widget, you just need to check the checkbox “Use dynamic content (other shortcodes)” with the [user_plugin_example_shortcode] as dynamic content.

Sorry but no, the “Kaya QR Code Generator” plugin is designed to display QR codes as its main functionality.

You can indeed add a download button to the image, but the QR code image will still be displayed.

Indeed it seems that some AJAX display of QR Codes have troubles if the JS library are’nt loaded at the same time.

I will looking to fix that behavior on next update.

Yes indeed, in order to function correctly, all my plugin files must be loaded, including JavaScript files.

The image of the QR Code, and therefore the ‘source’ field of the img tag, is generated by my JavaScript functions after processing the shortcode via PHP.

The dedicated “Kaya Studio” menu is made to centralize all the administration pages of the plugins that I develop for free.

It turns out that the “Kaya QR Code Generator” plugin does not only offer one function, and that the administration page, accessible via this menu, offers customizations of its parameters, which is very useful for a very large number of users.

However, I remain open to criticism and constructive proposals.

Yes, you can use this new feature with dynamic content.

For basic use with your shortcode, you can add the download_button="1" download_text="my button" download_align="alignnone" parameters like this:

[kaya_qrcode_dynamic download_button="1" download_text="my download button" download_align="alignnone"][arm_firstname_lastname][/kaya_qrcode_dynamic]

By of course customizing the text and alignment options to your liking.

Sorry but QR Codes cannot be directly generated via PHP, because the image is managed by JavaScript functions of the plugin from data formatted by the plugin.

You can, however, generate shortcodes on the fly via PHP, but they will need to be opened via a page on the WordPress site with the plugin installed in order to trigger the necessary PHP and JavaScript functions.

Generally the “save as” function offers to modify the name of the file in question. If this is not the case for you, this may be due to your operating system and/or your browser, the plugin does not manage this.

Regarding adding the title in the QR Code image, sorry but this is not an intended functionality.

It is indeed necessary to be connected to create a shortcode in order to generate a QR Code.

However, the plugin does not apply any restrictions and does not manage the number of authorized generations. Concretely, if the shortcode generator assistant is accessible, you can create as many shortcodes as you want. Knowing that you can also create as many shortcodes as you want by hand directly in the post content.
