So I actually figured this out! For anyone else that encounters this problem, I had to go directly into the FTP files. Which I had no idea how to do before this. But youtube is awesome and has videos for everything. I downloaded Filezilla for free and then found my FTP info on godaddy and put that in. This allowed me to manually delete WooCommerce, and JetPack which was also having the same problem, and then reinstall them through the regular plugin page. They downloaded, activated and seem to be working fine. And best of all my product pages are all still there! Some googling told me they are saved in the database as pages not as WooCommerce files. So almost 3 hours lost but I guess I learned some new skills. ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ
