Yesterday, I had a huge issue on the website. I was using the classic WooCommerce shortcode and somehow, people were not able to connect to an existing account from the checkout page when trying to complete their order.
When their entered their credentials, the same page loaded back again, without an error message. The only way people were able to get through with their orders was to login in the My Account page, and then go back to the checkout page.
I tried the DIVI WooCommerce modules, but the issue remained.
The only way I could get the login through checkout to work was by reverting to the WooCommcerce Blocks checkout page.
However, the issue of the Thank You page being empty remains.
I checked the page ID in the advanced settings and it is the same as the checkout page, as you can see on attached screenshots:
Because of the user login issue at checkout and the empty thank you page, I am starting to think this might be a database issue?
I do hope we can find a solution.
The next troubleshooting step I will take is making a fresh WordPress and WooCommerce install, than importing only the DIVI pages and then importing the orders of the last year (the website has been up since 2018 and has more than 20,000 orders…).

J’ai l’impression que le plugin n’est pas compatible avec WooCommerce Blocks, ce qui fait en sorte que les options d’affichage ne fonctionnent pas. Je vais laisser le soin au soutien technique de vous répondre, mais c’est mon hypothèse.

I have the same issue. I am using WooCommerce Blocks for my checkout page.The total is 0$ and therefore, I do not need to provide payment information. However, when I hit de order button, I get a warning asking me to provide a payment method:
I installed the prenium version of the plugin, but the issue persists.
When I deactivate the plugin, the fields are in the correct language when I switch to English of French, which leads me to believe that the issue is with the plugin.
I opened a ticket on their website, I will follow up here with the answer.
Great, that’s what I just did. I can’t believe I am the only one experiencing this issue and I trust a solution will be found. Thanks ??

Thank you for your reply. I am using the version 1.5.1 of your plugin with a global site tag for Google Analytics G4. I also have a UA site tag for the older version of Google Analytics (we are gathering date in both accounts).
I am not confortable sharing my system report here. Do you have an email adresse to which I can forward the info?

I tried putting 6000 days, 1000 days or any number of days below 6000 and it’s still not working. I alway get the expired notice ??
I flushed my website cache and the problem persists.
I am using version 3.3.9
Please let me know how to fix this, I have many customers waiting…

I did the same thing but somehow the discount is still applied. I tried creating a new product and made sure “disable discounts” was checked and I had the same issue.
I am using a CDN… I don’t know if this could be the problem?
I will try to deactivate all plugins (except memberships and yours) to see if something may be causing an interference.
