Thank you, this fixed it ??
Sorry for the delayed response.
I’ve tried logging in in a private window, tried force-reloading my browser cache, tried purging WP Optimize’s minified cache (in case it somehow affects the admin dashboard), even tried logging in via Ungoogled Chromium (I normally use Firefox), but none of them changed the error message.
Thanks!
I tried opening a ticket, but in 15 mins I haven’t received the confirmation email. (Address was input correctly.) I just noticed that you have a GitHub project, I can open a ticket there?Edit: Nvm received it after half hour.
Hi Priya,
On the back end I always enter “7” as the correct ID, but when I save and refresh, it displays “1”, the account I’m editing from.
Update: created a child theme, added the code above and it worked! Thanks af3! ^^
I ran into the same problem ?? Do I need to use a child theme to edit the functions file? (Otherwise wouldn’t it get overwritten when the theme updates?)
Thanks

In reply to: [Wishful Blog] “unexpected PHP debug output”Nvm, the above bug turned out to be caused by WordPress 6.1.1 ?? Anyway, the original post still stands.

In reply to: Switching to PHP 8.1 gives fatal errorThanks, but I can’t find an option for any of these in cPanel, so I’ll try to contact the host to restore a previous backup of the site.

In reply to: Switching to PHP 8.1 gives fatal errorI think MySQL is already installed, as the WordPress site was running fine before I tried switching it to PHP 8.1. cPanel also shows that WordPress has a MySQL table.

In reply to: Switching to PHP 8.1 gives fatal errorThanks for the response! I followed the steps, and now the site displays that MySQL error message again:
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
I created a /phpinfo.php file if you want to check out what that says. I found a few guides online about the error message but it’s wayyy above my head.

In reply to: [Wishful Blog] “unexpected PHP debug output”Now that I tried switching my sites to PHP 8.1, something has been sending one of them into a 500 Internal Server Error state, and I have a feeling the culprit is the theme. (The other sites use different themes and they are fine on 8.1. I also use largely the same plugins among the sites.)

In reply to: Update not offered in site languageSide note: I found now the Hungarian release repository and it says that the newest release is v5.9.2. So not sure how I have v5.9.3 and v6.0.1 in Hungarian on the two sites.
