    I was able to contact our website hosting provider and they could reset the password on their end. Thx for your help! ??

    Sorry, have left this for a while. The article had many solutions, but sadly it hasn’t resolved the issue.

    Is there any way to chat over the phone with wodress support? or live chat? It might be easier to explain the issue as sadly it hasn’t been resolved yet ??

    The other issue right now is that the previous administrator of this website has left our organization and we don’t have access to the username or password. Is there a phone number I can call to remedy this? I have access to the email listed on the website and can correspond through there as proof of account ownership. I apologize for the difficulty of this matter. Please let me know what the remaining steps are ??

    Fairly new to wordress and also don’t have access to log in due to issue stated above.

    How do I go about updating the slider revolution and the SMK Sidebar Generator, and Ronneby theme.
