For others who might have the same issue: Change the CSS style in line 420 in the file public_shortcode.php. The file is located in the folder for this plugin.

Hi Scott,

Sorry for answering so late. As an immediate fix I eliminated the drop down menue, but would prefer to have it. I have now enabled it again, to let you see the page. I tried to solve the issue with CSS, but did not succeed. The donation button is included as shortcode in a sidebar text field provided by Black Studio TinyMCE Widget.

Sorry for posting – found the solution myself by adopting some other proposal.

1) Copy header.php into child theme folder
2) Change line 158 in header.php to

if ( ! empty( $header_image ) && is_front_page() ) : ?>
