I’m not sure what the issue is here. The styling and layout of the page is determined by the theme that you are using. This styling can be overwritten with custom CSS using the “Customize” tab on the preview for that page.

This plugin utilizes a fill-in textbox for card expiration and not a select menu, and it will accept any future expiration date approved by the credit card’s processor. We have performed test transactions with expiration years of 2030 and even 2099 without issue.

This official goEmerchant plugin has only been released within the past year, so I believe you may have a different, unofficial plugin. The download link for this plugin is as follows:
