I’ve decided this one instance is wonky. All orders prior to and after the one person made a payment via PayPal have worked. Thanks for the tips!
Thank you, Mike. I’ve confirmed mail is sending and that PayPal IPN settings are correct.
My client received a notification from PayPal that a payment was made via the shopping cart. However, that event did not trigger in WooCommerce. There’s no record of the order in any status.

In reply to: Continue Reading Link not workingA couple of troubleshooting questions since I couldn’t replicate this when running either Coraline itself or a child theme:
Are you using the More tag to generate those links?
Do they work as expected if you activate the parent theme? If so, try redoing your child-theme tweaks bit by bit to figure out where a coding error may have crept in.

In reply to: [Coraline] Continue Reading linksI was being sneaky by posting here on Contributor Day in Philly just before I caught my plane. This is a valid question in the forum and I couldn’t replicate the problem either. I’m going to take your response back to the original poster and mark this Resolved.

In reply to: Adding Products to a PageTake a look at the Product CSV Import Suite WooCommerce extension. It lets you import and export products to and from WooCommerce. You can import hundreds, even thousands, of products using one file.

In reply to: Permalink in post editor use id instead of titleLet’s try some basic troubleshooting steps:
- Disable all plugins
- Change Permalinks to DEFAULT (/?=123)
- Change permalinks BACK to the desired format (Post Name)
- Activate plugins you want one-by-one
- Evaluate permalink issue after activating each plugin

In reply to: Permalink in post editor use id instead of titleI’m assuming from your question that the Permalinks setting is still set to use the database ID number. Did you know there is a setting you can set that will apply to all of your posts?
Please check the permalink structure in WordPress from the Settings > Permalinks menu on the dashboard. In earlier versions of WordPress the default was set to use the database ID number of each post as the permalink.
NOTE: While the act of making the change is as simple as selecting a new permalink type and clicking save, the consequences of that action require a little more discussion.
There is a very useful guide to using permalinks in the WordPress codex that can give you ideas for your new structure.

In reply to: Adding Products to a PageTell me a little more about the shopping cart integrated with your current site. Do you intend to create a shopping cart within your new WordPress site?

In reply to: Continue Reading Link not workingAre you still experiencing problems with the Continue Reading link?
I successfully tested the link on the November 30th post, The Folly of the FP Bag from the home landing page using the Chrome browser.

In reply to: Part of post concent disappears after publishing ou saving draftAre the shortcodes actually disappearing from the content? i.e. if you create a page, add the shortcode, save it and then open the page for editing again – the shortcode has disappeared?
Or, is it just the content that should be created by the plugin for the shortcode not showing up? and the shortcode is in fact not disappearing from the post content?
Thanks, I’ll do that now.
