I had a look at the logs page. There didn’t seem to be anything there about ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments error.

It basically repeats that error constantly. Any ideas what is causing it? I am thinking facebook links.

I have recently set up facebook and google listings feeds and some of the product links are showing HTTP 5xx response. They seem to be variable products. Some times when I click the links from facebook and google merchant centre to check them they work, other times it shows a critical error on my website. I can get to these products fine when click through my website to get to them but it seems like outside links (ones who would use tracking or some sort) fail to work.

If you don’t have or use the cart widgets in your sidebar or header areas, then you can remove it

I do have a cart widget in my header so I won’t be able to remove it. I can’t see the errors on the actual page it was just on the gtmetrix waterfall so hopefully it isn’t really effecting anything.

Thanks for checking that. It is looking like it is fixed now, I’ll let you know if I come across anymore that aren’t working but I’ve done the same thing and click on 10 or so and they are working. Looks like it might of just needed some time.

Yes, it is connected now but I had to have the Automatic Advanced Matching turned on.

I’m still having trouble with the links from the facebook when clicking on the facebook shop product then view on website, it shows a critical error on my website. Here is an example of one now working https://www.facebook.com/commerce/products/battery-connection-clip-pair/4325102820922200/?ref=mini_shop_storefront&referral_code=mini_shop_page_card_cta

I haven’t had time to check a lot of them but it is definitely not all products that are having the problem and after a couple of click some of the ones not working, work. So I am really unsure of what is causing it.

The Advanced Matching settings are when connecting to Facebook as per https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#prettyPhoto/6/

Update I managed to get it connected, I didn’t want to allow Automatic Advanced Matching but it wouldn’t link correctly without allowing this. Why are their options given like this if things won’t work unless they are allowed?

My next problem, which I don’t know if it is your plugin of facebook itself but when I go to my facebook shop and click view on website it redirects and show a critical error on my website. Would it need time to pull the data over correctly? Thanks.

Tried the set up again all works until it tries to redirect me back to my website. It then says critical error on website.

The website isn’t down but it definitely cannot access the page that it is trying to redirect me too.

Any ideas?

Still unable to see buttons just want to confirm manual sandbox settings.

In your plugins settings it asks for:
Sandbox Email address
Sandbox Merchant Id
Sandbox Client Id
Sandbox Secret Key

When I am in my PayPal business sandbox account there is
Email ID
Username
Password
Signature

These are what I am allocating to your settings. Is this correct? Thanks.

Not using a VPN or Proxy. Only extension is Kaspersky Protection. Using Firefox browser.
