Hello Jonas
I am not a technical expert, but if the other plugin was working perfectly before the change of logic then it seems to me that it is a problem related to the change rather than where the change was not made!

This has caused another issue, i.e. it has started to auto-complete ticket orders being managed by another WC integrated plugin. So although ticket orders are set to go to Processing status rather than Complete, this setting is now being overridden.

Thank you for adding this to your backlog. But my point is that is it expected behaviour to interfere and override standard WooCommerce functionality? This means that this is a bug not an additional configuration requirement!
The impact of this is that we cannot have the donation plugin active while selling merchandise for the charity as the statuses will reflect incorrectly and hence prevent the back-end users from processing the orders.

The issue is not with the Donation product being auto-Complete. That is absolutely fine. The issue is that it is causing other products to auto-Complete as well. These are physical products which should be displaying Processing status once order is placed and payment realised successfully; the status is changed to Complete only when the product has been shipped and/or delivered.

I am not sure if you have read and understood the issue. We are using it for a pair of Simple products only. We are not using it for any Subscription product. But still, the plugin is preventing the Subscriptions from renewing!
I am wondering why it displays this behaviour when Force Sell is not activated on the Subscription product. Is there a particular default setting that is causing this?
