Oh my goodness!!! Disabling this “Show results only after search/filtration” works!!! Now the members are showing up! Thank you thank you thank you! You’re such a lifesaver! This drove me nuts for days! Appreciate your help!

Got this. I also had it tested on a new website (local) and the issue still occurred there unfortunately. So it’s really a plugin issue. No plugin conflicts and all that. I also tested adding the shortcode in another page but it remained the same. I hope that Ultimate Member team will work on this issue.

Hi there! I also checked that. No issues again. But thank you for your help though. I found something. The members showed up after clicking Sort functionality but that’s not good. I don’t know why the page remains blank til Sort is clicked. I tried turning off “Custom Sorting” and it still didn’t work either. That’s a huge mystery right there.

Just checked it and there are no issues under debug.log. Also, I checked the Console through Inspect for issues but again, there are no issues.

Just tried them and none worked unfortunately.
