since I installed the German Market Plugin, the variant prices are no longer displayed on the product page.

Getting this error on checkout after upgrade. Tried downgrade to 5.2.4 but still occurs.
Using MarketPress 3.3.0

Error occurs even on download orders where address is not required.

Oops! An error occurred while processing your payment.
10727 – The field Shipping Address1 is required
10728 – The field Shipping Address City is required
10731 – The field Shipping Address Country is required

Streaming checkout works just fine so problem seems to be with MarketPress (no longer supported I know)

I have disabled plugins (only have VertyCal, WP Optimize and Depict).

Hi All, this is maddening. After marking the product inventory to ZERO and making the product post Private. 2 weeks later we have a sale come through. The user says they went to buy (the now sold out tshirts) couldn’t find them, BUT it was in their shopping cart, which was kind enough to take their money. How do i STOP THIS??

in 2.9 the email to admin contained the purchased items. since the upgrade, the email only contains the amount of the sale. is there a way to enable passing more content to paypal?

We force users to login before paying, yes the new one has the option BUT this new version has its own highly generic registration form. is there anyway to point this to /register as it did for years??

Now (after the new version of WordPress and Marketpress ?), the characters are “hieroglyphic” on the pdf invoice.
I can send you an example in a mail if you want.
But if I select the characters and copy them in a post like here, all is ok.
I made an order on the 11th of december. The pdf invoice is ok (from my downloaded files). If I click today on “pdf invoice” in Store/Orders, I have “hieroglyphs”.
If I open it from downloaded files on my PC, I have only dots and the comment “font Opensans cannot be extract”. Only the line “Billing address”is ok.

I have created a new user account with username, password and email and have made a first successful order. I checked that the user is well registered in wordpress users.
Another day, I have tried to login (page checkout) with these username and password (I tried also with email and password), but impossible to connect. The symbol between “password” and “lost password” is turning without end.
What can I do ? Is there any setting I missed in the store ?

Ok for download the order invoice, but there is no date and no card data.
It could be useful on an invoice to prove the date of purchase (in case of guarantee for example)
Could it be possible to print the order date (under the order number), and under the last line :
– type of card : Visa, Mastercard, …
– last 4 numbers
– expiry date.
In fact I need the same informations than on the order confirmation.

We have set up a store for one product using the MarketPress plugin, but the PayPal express checkout is not working properly.

When we try to test the checkout and click the button, the in-context PayPal window is not appearing. Instead, the click just makes the page to reload.

The API credentials are all set properly. We have checked and there is no conflict with installed plugins. The WP theme the website uses is Sydney.

What we are doing wrong? Could you please help us to set us the PayPal Express Checkout?

Is there any possibility to have a price for each variant, so different prices depending on variants ?
In the same idea, is it possible to have a stock for each variant ?

Hi,

After a successful checkout (no error, payment is visible in Stripe dashboard), the customer receives well the order confirmation email, but not the admin.
Admin email is set in “Store settings > Notifications > Notification email” and New order is enabled. Do I have to write “mailto:” before admin email ?

After checkout, the customer receives an email with the confirmation order, but with this text :
“Your payment for this order is not yet complete. Here is the latest status: 19 November 2018 – 9 h 14 min: Payé” (“payé” was “paid” in english).
If its paid, why isnt it complete ?

Even though there’s an order ed5ccc1d25cc. I got couple complains from customers that they can’t find the download link when they buy my digital content.

After going thru this conversion 5 times and reverting to the version 20 each time because the new version will not recognize the old store, cart, checkout pages and the new pages refuse to show the products in a grid even though the new templates have it set to grid all I get are the simple list, I am done with this plugin.

Its ok to put products in cart, they are displayed in the mini cart up right.
But if I click on “view cart”, I have the following error “Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.”
Si I clik on “cart” in the page “store”. The cart is displayed but I have the same error if I click on “Continue shopping”.
I imagined that we could look at the cart and continue shopping to add some other products.

Version: 3.2.8 with WP 4.9 current If you add an item to your cart and you try to click on the cart icon in the upper right, the page reloads but does not take you to the cart. We cannot sell firearms online, so we have items with zero pricing. Other than CSS to hide that field, anyway to replace price field with “Call for Price” ?

Is there any way to see a numerical total of all sales in dollars? I see on the bottom of my sales order page a line that says “total” but it’s blank even though I have 668 total sales. I need to know how much money that is in total.

I searched for a plugin but couldn’t find anything.
