In reply to: [UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] Prices are a little offThe basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually.
The premium version has additional features like box packing, and weight based packing also. In addition, it also has label generation feature, and other other value added services.
Also the account specific info I referred was for the UPS Credentials, like Account number, User-id and password.

In reply to: [UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] Prices are a little offFrom the 2nd screenshot, I see that you have 3 products in the cart. With the basic version of the plugin, each items will be packed individually and the rates will be returned for 3 packages.
Could you please place check the quote in UPS website for 3 packages with the same shipment parameters like weight & dimensions and addresses.
If you still face any problem, kindly enable the ‘debug mode’ and provide us the UPS request and response. We will check and help you.

The possible reasons could be, incorrect configuration of shipping rules or Item qty list.

In the WooCommerce settings, you must have set “Selling location(s)” to Specific Countries and selected only Germany.
Kindly go to WooCommerce–> Settings–> General–> Selling location(s)–> and set it to all countries.
Once done, you will be able to select the drop-down for other countries as well.Hope that helps!

Kindly check the below fields and correct them with the values sent by FedEx:?”FedEx Account Number”

Hi Jubin,
Our plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. You need not have to configure the FedEx shipping services under Shipping Zones.
You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page.Regarding, hiding of flat rate for specific products, you can assign a shipping class to those products and with the help of our “Hide Shipping methods” addon, you can hide that method based on shipping class.

Yes, you can easily define the rules based on ‘weight’ & ‘country’ with the Basic/free version of the plugin.
However, import/export feature is not available in the Basic version. This feature is available only in the Premium version of the Shipping pro plugin.Regards,

I just updated the WooCommerce version to 3.4.1 in our local and checked.
And see that everything is working fine and there is no issue. So you can just update your WooCommerce in your site as well, there will not be any issues.Hope that helps!

“No shipping methods” message usually occurs :
-When the product weights & dimensions are missing
-Invalid/Incorrect credentials
-Incorrect shipper/destination address
Can you please ensure all the above setting up are configured correctly and then try again?This should solve the issue.
