In reply to: [wp-flickr-press] Using FlickrPress for featured imagesHi,
thank you for a rapid answer.
I don’t quite follow your thoughts ??
What content.php?
I’m using a child theme.Sometimes I like to have a featured image that’s not in the post and sometimes I’d like the featured image to be other than the first. So my request is to be able to chose featured image just as easy as I chose any Flickr image in the media gallery pop-up.
Best regards

In reply to: [Category Posts Widget] More news link won’t showHi, sorry for being unclear.
I don’t want the link when there are fewer items than specified.
The link I provided has just one item and in the page (made by short code) there are no link as I want but in the right panel, through the widget, there are a link which I don’t want.
Same settings in both cases, no footer text set. It’s a one-category-only news feed. Thanks

In reply to: [Category Posts Widget] More news link won’t showHi
it works well at my site just by updating the plug-in.
I notice a strange behavior though.
When I use the short code and shows the news in a page there are no “More of this topic” if there are fewer items than I’ve set in the settings. But in the side bar widget the “More on this topic” is shown.

In reply to: [Storefront] Show both logo and site title/sloganHi,
after reviweing the code it seems like you either have a logo or site title+tagline.
We have a logo without our name, and we use the tagline for indicating the subsite you’re currently on.
So it would be nice to have the option of showing both.Currently child theme is the only option, we’ll go for that. But for future updates it would be nice to be able to have the option of choosing.
Best regards
/KjellI understand, and appreciate your plugin. Guess I just have to download the images to WordPress for usage in sliders.
If you’d find the time and effort to try and fix this for future releases I’d be more than happy.
I’ll contact the author of Flickrpress too and check if it’s something in their plugin.

Hi,
I can fix sliders using the normal WordPress image repository, but I like to use our online repository at Flickr for the slides.
The only way you can see what I mean is to send you images, but for that I need a email address.I’m using FlickrPress (wp-flickr-press) for connecting to Flickr and it works like a charm for inserting Flickr images in the normal post/page.
When I deactivate the plug-in the alternative for inserting Flickr images disappears in the Meta Slider add slides view.Best regards
/KjellHi,
Yup, I’ve got 5.3.3 and I thought that it would be sufficient for running the site.
I’ll have to look into updating PHP.I guess I never had it running on that server, sorry for misinforming you…
Thanks a lot!
