I’ve got the same message. In fact I have 25 of them. It does not help to dismiss them. They just come back on next reload…

I actually deleted the plugin after this. But the error messages are still there.

Can You please advise how to remove them?

Are those steps not just reconnecting? The info/screenshots in the documentation seems a bit dated. The options in the plugin does not look quite like that now. It doesn’t say “uninstall” anymore. It says “disconnect”. Anyway that’s exactly what I did. But also deleted all products in Meta BM and removed the Woocommerce integration entirely in Meta BM. I tried many times just disconnecting and reconnecting. That does not work, as only the initial sync seems to be succesful.

With the error screenshot reporting 89 products affected, and the site’s System Status Report (SSR) 94 products, I’m curious if all of the affected products were created with a plugin like?WooCommerce Custom Product Addons, or otherwise?

The number of products in our shop is not static. As of now we have 90 active products and all of those were syncronized correctly after the latest reconnect. All products were created the normal way and they are all simple products, but about 60% of the products do have addons enabled from that plugin. Do you think that is causing issues?

As I understand, this happens after a successful reconnection, followed by a successful first sync. Just to be sure,?only?the WooCommerce and?Facebook for WooCommerce?plugins are active while testing, or otherwise?

It is correct that the sync does not work properly after the initial succesful reconnection and sync. Funny thing is, that it actually seems to sync correctly sometimes but throws an error anyway in Meta BM. I did not disable all other plugins when testing.

Amother thing to mention: I never get a “product UPDATED on Facebook” in the product page in Woocommerce when updating or testing. I get an initial “product CREATED on facebook” when reconnecting though. It seems creating works but updating doesn’t

I asked Billwerk+ support via mail and they know about the issue. The told me to roll back to previous version until it is fixed.

I do not see anything related to Facebook when using that URL. It is all Google stuff.

Anyway – I tried disconnecting from Marketing –> Facebook –> Connection and deleting every single product on Meta and removing the Woocommerce integration in Meta Business Manager. Pretty much a clean slate…

Tried reconnection after this and all products were added instantly with correct prices and so on… Yay!

BUT after this they don’t sync anymore. I get the exact same useless error “Unknown error. Something went wrong” in Meta as before when trying to sync manually or when updating a single product…

I get the same error! Actually thought I broke something myself and ended up restoring a backup from before updating the Billwerk+ plugin.

Don’t think anyone from Billwerk+ is following this forum though… Have never seen a reply from them

As I don’t know when the sync problems started, it is hard to say if any new plugins or code has triggered it. The newest plugins added are Complianz Privacy Suite, Query Monitor and Admin and Site Enhancements. I tried disabling all of them, but that didn’t help. I also tried disabling Litespeed Cache plugin. Didn’t help either.

I do change Facebook password sometimes. But not since the last time I reset the connection. 2FA is enabled.

This is the only new entry in the logs after enabling debug mode and syncing products. Still get the same “Something went wrong” error in Meta.

I have no Facebook errors. But I have 2 entries in the log from when I reset the connection. These are the only entries related to Facebook

I have a similar issue with Complianz.
it seems to be a common way of implementing Consent Mode that the Google Tag has to be set specifically through the CMP.

Could you make it possible that the Google Tag does not need to be added through Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin? Wasn’t it actually like that before 2.0?

You did answer me here in this forum after just 17 minutes. I filed a support ticket with the same question friday that hasn’t been answered yet. That doesn’t feel very premium…

Maybe you should consider allocating more resources to premium support if you want people to use it.

In Facebook I get this when I try to to a full sync from Woocommerce. The danish parts just say “Unknown Error” and “Something went wrong”. 89 products are all my products in Woocommerce that should be synced

I just get this. It translates to “This product has not yet been synchronized with Facebook”

When editing and updating a product in Woocommerce, I do not get a message about it also being updated on Facebook. I always got this before

None of the tips seems to apply. It has been working before as all of my products are already on Facebook.

It has now been 25 minutes since the last time I tried deleting with the debug tools. All products are still listed on Facebook.

I can’t do that. The delete button is grayed out as the products are added from Woocommerce…

I was not able to verify that my products were deleted on Facebook. It would be very helpful to know approximately how long to wait for this to happen. I waited about 10 minutes I think before resyncing, and the products were not actually deleted on Facebook at that time.

On ALL my products the field highlighted in your screenshot just says: “This product has not yet been synchronized with Facebook” (or something similar – translated from danish).

The product with the specific product ID is indeed available in my Woocommerce store. It is just one out of many similar entries in the log. There probably is one for every single product. The entire log is very long.

I just tried deleting and syncing again. I get the same bad request errors in the log and nothing seems to be synced
