Thank You. I have no problem using Code Snippets. I was just wondering if it did the same thing ??

I tried Deleting all products using Debug Tools again. Should this actually delete the products from My facebook store? They all seem to still be there

I don’t get an error message about update on Facebook failed any more when updating a product in Woocommerce. I don’t get a success message either. The products are all shown as not yet synced. On Facebook the products does not seem to update.

I tried deleting all products again and resetting the connection as per the instructions Pepe provided earlier, and in the log I get a lot of bad requests about missing permissions. This is one out of many:

    02-15-2023 @ 10:01:35 - Deleted FB Metadata for product 4845
    02-15-2023 @ 10:01:35 - Request

    message: Bad Request

Somehow it seems that the link in the feed between the actual product in Woocommerce and the product on Facebook is broken. If this is the case – will the provided snippet work?

If so – do You recommend deleting or resetting? And will deleting actually remove the products in my Facebook store? They are all there now. They are just not up to date. I am worried that it will not be possible for me to upload them again if they are deleted

Does the snippet do anything other that what debug mode and deleting in Woocommerce status tools does?

The issue persists. I also don’t get a notice that the product has been updated on Facebook when updating it in Woocommerce. I always got this message before

It seems that my products are synced now, after following the steps you provided and performing a full sync. Thank you.

One strange thing though – All my products in Woocommerce are shown as “not yet synced to Facebook” now. And that doesn’t chance even if i edit and update a product. But they seem to be correctly synced

I don’t know when it started. It is not something I do often. I noticed it for the first time yesterday.

Products that has previously been excluded still are. But when I try to exclude a new product it just resets to sync and show.

I tried disabling Litespeed Cache. It made no difference.

The most recent fatal error in the log is this one. We discussed this in another thread. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fatal-error-when-running-background-processing-test/

    Hi,

Towards the bottom/end of that screen, what is the count in the line named Failed, under Action Status?

    The number is 279

In order to enable us to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    Sure. Here You go:

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

I have a few of these. Most are older, but the one mentioned in this post is from today and it contains a lot of similar errors from every time I tried to run the Background Processing test. I pasted them here:

    Hi Pepe,

My Woocommerce store and my Facebook page are fully connected. I did this about a year ago and it seems to work just fine.

I only stumbled upon the error because I tried running the Background Processing Test.

    Thank You ??
