I posted about this problem 2 months ago and never got helpful information. The only thing posted was… “turn JavaScript off in your web browser. By turning JavaScript off, you will be able to bypass the Ajax functionality in WordPress, which is obviously the failing point.”

Obviously this was useless as I STILL can not use my own blog properly! Hopefully it is useful for you though!! :\

In a case like that what does one do? We just sit around with our fingers crossed and waiting for an updated version of WP? I’m not being a smart ass, I’m asking an honest question. This has never happened to me before.

No one knows why this is happening yet or how to fix it? I still haven’t been able to fix the problems with all of the ideas mentioned so far.

In order to upgrade via Fantastico only, you need to wait for your server’s Fantastico to supply the upgrade. Once it is available you will find an “upgrade” link within your Fantastico. Otherwise, you will need to upgrade manually.

I’ve followed ALL of the advice given, even the off site help that is listed, and still no luck at all. ??

I have also just discovered that I can not even create new categories ??
