Okay, thanks… so would I need 2 rules, one for logged in customers and one for non-logged in customers and then add another condition to exempt the ‘reseller user’ from getting the logged in rule discount?
Thanks for the reply, I added this to the feature suggestion.
Also, I wonder if you can clarify; I would like to create a discount for everyone, except one user group, which in my case is a ‘reseller’. I can see I can exclude them, by using ‘not in list’ but then that doesn’t seem to work for ‘guest users’ – is there a way around that?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Reports/AnalyticsThanks Remi… I’ve tried this, but the issue persists.. the figures do not seem to update on the new site, if anything they just keep adding more random totals in… :-/
I’m also not confident enough to try and delete everything and do a fresh import, as I’m worried we would lose everything and be in a worse position…
Nightmare!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Reports/AnalyticsHi Remi,
I used a plugin;
https://www.webtoffee.com/product/order-import-export-plugin-for-woocommerce/
I’ve contact these guys, but they are not being very helpful, they are saying the plugin “doesn’t support updating reports” – which makes no sense, as the data is clearly being transferred/updated from somewhere.
With regard to running a new DB import, my concern is then losing the new data since the site has been live again for a week and there have been nearly 100 orders placed through the site…
Do you know if there is anyway of finding out where this data is being pulled from and are we able to update it manually?
This is the Allowlisted URL’s;
Hi, thanks for the replay…
I can’t see the option on there…!?
This is the screenshot… am I in the right place?

In reply to: [Events as Posts] Date OrderI installed and restated, which seems to have sorted the dates, but I’m still getting the December date in the middle of everything, can’t figure it out ??

In reply to: [Events as Posts] Date OrderYeah, I’m trying that… oddly, I’ve just noticed, in the Event Post, I’ve changed a date to 20.04.19, which I’ve saved down and remains in the fields. However, when I look at the list of events in the ‘All Events’ tabs, it is showing as 29.01.19, it doesn’t seem to be updating!?

In reply to: [Events as Posts] Date OrderHi There, I’ve tried that and I’m not getting the correct order!? Can you let me know how you are formatting the date, in both the ‘settings’ and and example of how it is written within the event post i.e Setting = ‘Fj,Y’ Event Post= 01/01/2019 !?
Thanks…

In reply to: [Events as Posts] Date OrderHi There, thanks for getting back to me, really appreciate it.
I’ve just added a couple more dates, and I’m still struggling to get them in order;
https://cathedral.jabutestarea.co.uk/visit/whats-on/
Essentially, I’d like the the closest date to appear first and then for the dates to ascend to the furthest away…
What is the best date format to use in settings and how does it need to be formatted with each of the posts – I reckon I’m not typing it in properly!
Many thanks!
