@bsokic That is where I went and got that message I sent (“…sign in to the Timely Network found in the Settings page of your plugin.”)
@bsokic I can’t actually do that because when I go to create a Get Help ticket I am asked to first:
“…sign in to the Timely Network found in the Settings page of your plugin.”
Which of course I cannot do because the plugin won’t activate…
What’s the next option?
@bsokic unfortunately it is not going to be possible to restore to the previous version of the site before the update of the plugin.
Could you please advise what can be done to fix this?

Just so you have all the error words, it says:

Our server is hosted by Digital Ocean which is constantly making backups. I didn’t make a backup exclusively before updating the single plugin though.
Do you know what is causing the issue?
@bsokic, I do not know the version.
I did try installing old versions up through 2.5.20, but received the same error each time.
