I am having a similar issue.

My hosting company (InMotion) has included a new term to wp-config.php file to allow scripts to resume running at 300 seconds. They said they noticed nothing out of the ordinary from the PHP error log, other than the retrys after 300 sec.

They also `updated the below settings in the ‘php.ini’ file for the site:
max_exec_time to 180
max_input_time to 300
max_input_vars to 4000
post_max_size to 32M`

Still not backing up the database. I’ve also tried the recommended splits multiple times: 400,200,100,50,25 MB.

I have another site on the same account that backed up fine on the first attempt using same theme and similar plugins, so not sure why this one won’t back up.

I already have the most current version of Google Chrome installed. I also tried installing a countdown timer yesterday and that has the same problem – not responsive in chrome but fine in Firefox. Google has stated that they are stopping support of both flash and java – not sure if that is part of the problem?

I should also mention I’m running Windows 10 Pro. Would that have anything to do with it?

I tried re-installing version 1.6.2 again and it seems to be working now. Thanks!

Just updated and am still getting the same error. Error disappears when I deactivate the plug-in and reappears when I activate.

I’m getting the same error message on one site but not another using the same theme, so it doesn’t seem theme related (at least, in my case). Using StartUp Pro in both cases.
