Yes, I checked that and it’s there.
It turns out that it is related to Mobile Site Builder. When it’s active comment form fields disappear, when it’s deactivated comment form fields comes back. I thought I had checked that, but i was mistaken. For some reason Mobile Site Builder comes with two plug ins.
So anyway, until they fix that, I just had to build my only mobile version of my site.
