Have you enabled the plugin on the plugin’s settings page?

It can be found on the WooCommerce > Settings > Next Order Coupon tab. See this screenshot.

The coupon should be generated if the plugin is enabled on the settings page, the customer has created an account and the the order has been paid for.

I just released a new version of the plugin with a couple of small tweaks and multi language support.

If you take a look inside the /language folder now you’ll find the .po language files required for translation.

Feel free to submit any translations over on the translating page.

I receive the coupon message when testing with those versions.

Are you creating a new user account or using your admin account when you complete a test order? The plugin will only email the coupon message to users that already have an account or sign up for one on the checkout page.

I’ve just added a minor update that allows the plugin to be translated into other languages.

You can view the current translations at the translate page here.

I will work to add multiple translations over time, but feel free to read through the Translator Handbook and submit translations yourself too!

Is your customer using the same email address that was used to generate the coupon?

Each coupon will only work for the email that was used to generate it.
