In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Does not work with standard themeHi heinzschmolke,
I have tested again with Twenty Seventeen (also with 2018, 2019, 2020 themes). They are totally fine with LearnPress.
Sorry to hear about your case but please help me check some server requirements like PHP 5.6 or higher. You can turn on the WP_DEBUG or easily check the ConsoleLog in the browser to find out exactly the reason why.
If you need my assistance for checking your site, just let me know, I can help ??

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Translate problemHi garyo1518,
This will happen for any plugins if you save the translation file into the plugin language folder (e.g. /learnpress/languages/).
So here is the solution.
1. Make sure your translation files named exactly format “learnpress-your-locale.mo” and “learnpress-your-locale.po”.
e.g. learnpress-it_IT.mo and learnpress-it_IT.po (Italian).2. Save those files in WP Plugin Language folder (/wp-content/languages/plugins/).
So when you update plugin, the translation will be saved ??

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Can’t edit lessons with ElementorHi Atiq,
Sorry for the late response. I have checked your site and it’s using Dotlife – a premium theme on ThemeForest. This one overrides some LearnPress templates and maybe the lesson content is not working normally due to that changes.
In this case, I recommend you to ask the theme author.
Once again sorry for any inconvenience you had.

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] 404, URL changes for questions@jdembowski we noticed that. And it will never happen again. Thank you for the feedback.
@dylandebruijn Hi Dylan, Users will need to enroll the course first, then they can access those quiz/lesson.
About the 404, we tried to prevent users who not enroll the course when they try to access those protected content. But I think we should improve this. Instead 404 notice, we will show a message which guide user to enroll. It will be available in the next LearnPress update ;), please wait for it.

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Limited Features Poor SupportHi callonjim,
Which forum did you try to access? Please note that you (everybody) can access a free forum, e.g. https://thimpress.com/forums/forum/plugins/learnpress-plugin/ This one for LearnPress plugin.
Some premium forums just be for customers who purchased a paid item(s), and the system will verify the purchase before they can access.
It’s a normal thing, correct?
If you need to discuss more, you can email me directly, I will try my best to assist.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Ken

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Questions doesn’t work like ExpectedHi offerzgameshop,
Sorry to hear that. But I have checked the LP system and all those things you mentioned still working fine.
Which theme are you using? Is it built for LearnPress plugin? I think the conflict may come out from the theme.
If you need more assistance, please send me a request to [email protected] with subject “offerzgameshop – LearnPress Support”.
Regards,
Ken
Hi marcelozz,
The theme overrides the LearnPress templates and seems they are outdated (“learnpress-v1”) cause the current LearnPress is in version 3.x.
In this case, can you contact the theme author and ask them for the template update?
