Sorry Mike, my mistake. I wasn’t logged into my Woo account while looking for the link to submit a ticket. I’m used to plugins that let you see the “Submit a Ticket” button or even get into the ticket-writing page before they ask you to log in and/or supply a license key.
Thank you for answering both of my questions!
KathyI’m sorry, but I tried that. It seems that links for opening a ticket have been removed from the Woo website. The page you referred me to, https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, has no link to open a ticket. It directs me to choose my extension on this page: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/developed-by-woo/. When I click on WooSubscriptions, it takes be to https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/?quid=cba60a13e5ce6abbe29dd3ceec81e5d8. The Support link on that page takes me back to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
I’ve tried the Support links in the footer and on other pages I found while searching the Woo website and they all lead to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Even the “Create A Ticket” link on the “How to Get Help” page at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-get-help/ links to that same create-a-ticket-oops-no-you-can’t page. Thanks Dimitris,
Here is the Pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/tT9U4fkN
Can you please tell me the size limit and allowed file types? They aren’t in the documentation and I can’t test without knowing the limits.
I attempted to upload a medium-sized PDF a little while ago using the Featured Image upload child control in the PostData field on this form. The “submitting” spinner has been turning for 15 minutes. The Notification email has not been sent.

In reply to: [amr users] Refresh link disappeared from my listsHello Anmari,
Thank you so much! The plugin is working perfectly now.
This is incredible support. I’m looking forward to seeing the changes you are planning.
We use the AMR Users plugin to make our Members Contact List in two versions: one for regular members with general contact info and another for admins to include some additional fields for management purposes.
As the web developer and webmaster, I also use your plugin as a way of finding data fields that I need for small custom code modules, filters, and actions. Your plugin does the work of digging this information out of the site and it saves me a lot of effort.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [amr users] Refresh link disappeared from my listsThank you so much!
One more thing: In an older version I found the checkbox for ShowRefresh, but it isn’t there in the current version.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [amr users] Refresh link disappeared from my listsmore troubleshooting info: I exported the list settings and set the ShowRefresh true/false bit to 1 and saved the file. Then I imported that file. The new list showed the Refresh link. But as soon as I set the list to Public, it removed the Refresh link again.
We just launched the website and many people are registering and updating their profile data and admins are editing user data and their orders, so I’m afraid to set cache for every user update.sorry, I rolled back to V 1.14.8 and select boxes work again.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] V5 conflict with Ultimate Member content restrictionHello again,
I turned on New Styles, Default Page Template, and theme 2020 to test hiding by Event Category with Ultimate Member “Restrict Access” controls. The behavior is the same as when I reported in November: When an event’s category is set so the event should be hidden from the Event views and from archives, RSS, and searches, still the Title, Date, Details, and calendar export buttons are shown in List and Day views (but not Description block); Title shows in Month view; in an archive-like view showing the Member-Only category events, all parts including description are shown.
The only content restriction that works as expected is restricting access by block, but only for the standard block types, not the TEC ones like Organizer.
Thank you for looking into this. –KathyForum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] V5 conflict with Ultimate Member content restrictionHello Jaime,
Thank you for the link to the “theme” document. I’ll read that. My site is in a test state today and tomorrow for another issue, so I won’t be able to do theme testing until after that. I’ll let you know what I find.
KathyCLCreative: Thanks for the info.
Hello,
We are still unable to use Recaptcha on our forms, and it is worse than before. WHen I started this thread, random forms were showing REcaptcha, but not many of them. Now when I enable Recaptcha and it SHOULD be on every form, it doesn’t show on any form, but because user can’t interact with missing Recaptcha, all form submissions fail.
I hope the team finds a solution soon.
Thank you,
KathyResponse time for opening and closing the popups was still long and sometimes the forms weren’t appearing even though the window content shifted (adjusting the offset made no difference) and popup links became insensitive (have to hit Esc to close the invisible popup, assuming that Esc is set as a close mechanism) so I turned off the overlay for all the popups on the page and it stopped page jumping, greatly improved responsiveness and now the popups show up most of the time when a triggering element is clicked.
The Close buttons are still working so I’m resolving this topic. That’s good news.
I will disable ReCaptcha by deleting the keys. (By the way, it’s a royal pain adding Recaptcha back onto 14 forms after deleting the keys or after deleting the ReCaptcha field from each form. Is there a way to make Forminator retain the Recaptcha field settings so those fields reappear with their previous settings after putting the keys back in?)
Honeypot is already enabled.
I will gladly watch for the next plugin update.
Thank you!The issue appears to have been caused by one Heading Block on the page that looked like all the others that had popup forms, but I finally found by looking in the Code Editor view that it had two different popups assigned to it.
Thanks. Marking this resolved.AFter more days of troubleshooting, the close buttons started working again. It seems to have gotten better after I looked at the page editor in Code Editor view and found ONE Heading block that mysteriously had two different popups assigned to it. The Visual Editor showed no clue, and the dropdown for selecting which popup to use for the block acted normal.
I deleted that block and created it again, and now all seems well with this issue.
I can’t find anything in your documentation about the Block control for selecting a popup, but I discovered it in the editor control panel. That is how I assigned the popups to all the different contact’s Blocks, so there must have been a glitch when I selected that popup and it assigned two popups.Thank you for the advice about js errors. I reported the specific error to Ultimate Member support.
I did follow the instructions for testing, and the results are the same. I’ll report back here when I know more.
