Thank you, Nithin.
I reported the console error to Ultimate Member. I will post an update when I have more information.Thank you for responding, Champ.
Yes, same behavior. I tested with 2021, 2020, and 2017.
The only combination of plugins that shows the error is PopupMaker + Forminator + UM. Popup+UM is OK and Popup+Forminator is OK. (can’t test without Popup because the Close button is on popup)
PopupMaker and Forminator support told me there is a js error, so I found that and commented out the line in the UM file that has the js error. Now this js error does not show up and popups work correctly. (Removing that line broke other things, so I put it back in.)Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).cropper is not a function
jQuery(window).on(“load”,function(){um_responsive(),um_modal_responsive()}),jQuery(window).on(“resize”,function(){responsive_Modal(),jQuery(“img.cropper-hidden”).cropper(“destroy”),um_responsive(),um_modal_responsive()});
The file is plugins > ultimate-member > assets > js > um-responsive.min.js
Thank you Champ! That’s exactly what I was looking for. Your code makes it clear why mine didn’t work. I’m very grateful for your help.
Marking as Resolved.Champ, Thank you so much for answering so fast!
The first snippet is working with a small change. Before I got the second working I received direction from my client not to allow OnlyMe profiles to show in the directory, so I’ll be writing something completely different to handle that. Wish me luck.
Thanks again.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] V5 conflict with Ultimate Member content restrictionI had to set TEC back to “Don’t Use New Views” so I can hide events from site visitors who aren’t logged in. If and when you look into this, give a reply and I’ll set it up again for you.
I found it! If you edit the name of a category, the color settings become unset so the events and legend lose their color for that category. If you change the category name back to what it was before, the color comes back. It would be friendlier if the color stayed set when the name changes (the category_id is still the same).
Thanks,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] V5 conflict with Ultimate Member content restrictionHi, Has anybody had a chance to look at this? In case it helps, I switched TEC to the new designs and added an event for Dec 15th that the public should not be able to see.
– With “use new designs” checked, the event doesn’t show in the blog archive or queries for blog posts, but it does show in the Calendar views. This is how I will leave the site set up until about Dec 10th, but after that I must change TEC back to old designs so we can hide events by category when we go live.
– With “use new designs” unchecked, the event doesn’t show in blog archive or queries and it also doesn’t show in the Calendar views. In addition to UltimateMember being able to hid events by category, it adds a panel below the events editor for RestrictAccess to the individual event. With “use new designs”, this doesn’t work either for hiding the event in Calendar views. It works fine with the old designs.
Thank you for your attention to this.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Virtue] Add/Remove Custom Sidebars not working for >1 sidebarThanks Ben! It works perfectly now. –kathy
The issue has not returned. I must have had a conflict with a different plugin.
Yes, I reprogrammed all the colors 4 times today and left it alone after the last time. Now, OF COURSE, I can’t make them disappear again despite changing all the settings I was working with earlier today. Even deactivating and reactivating the Category Colors plugin didn’t make it forget its colors.
Sorry for that. I should have left it in its colorless state for you.
I’ll keep a close eye on it tomorrow and update if it erases again. If the issue doesn’t return, I’ll mark this as resolved.
Thanks for looking at it.Forum: Themes and Templates

In reply to: [Video & Photo Gallery for Ultimate Member] GalleryLite causing fatal errorI’m very sorry. This was a temporary condition and not the recurring error being caused by a different plugin. I’ll try to delete my submission.

In reply to: [Virtue] Add/Remove Custom Sidebars not working for >1 sidebarThanks Ben. I disabled EVERY plugin, but Theme Options disappeared, making it impossible to access the Add Sidebar function. I had to re-enable the Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit to get Theme Options back.
Behavior did not improve with the plugins disabled. I can’t add any more sidebars after the first. The AddMore button does nothing. The Remove button highlights on mouseover but doesn’t appear to do anything. If I put a new sidebar name in the textbox and click the Update button for the MiscSettings page, it just changes the name of the one sidebar I added. Sometimes if I click several times quickly in the textbox it pops open a list of the names of the new sidebars I had tried unsuccessfully to add.
(I’ll respond sooner this time; my correct email is finally attached to my www.ads-software.com account.)
Regards,
