Thank you for your concern and your diligence.

I’ve actually spent a great deal of time getting this straightened out … hours to be sure. And much time on the phone with hostgator.

So as much as I would like to help, I have a big website to run and dealing with these technical issues is time consuming.

If you can figure it out from your end so much the better … it is your plugin.

By deleting all the data and the plugin and then re-installing it, well that stopped the lockout and at this point that’s all I want. I just want the plugin to work and to create a good website that does 186,000 page views a week.

So as you can imagine, I’m busy.

Accordingly, I don’t want to spend any more time on it.

If you want to tweek it in some way that corrects this, that would be fine, but I’m moving on.

It’s a good plugin but that ate up a lot time and was quite frustrating. So I’ve had enough, thanks.

I had the hostgator representative on the line for 90 minutes trying to solve this.

It should have been a five-minute job.

What I eventually had to do was get Wordfence deactivated, I signed in. Then deleted Wordfence and all its data, the reloaded it.

That worked but it was a unnecessarily long process.

All I wanted to do was change the user name.

However Wordfence shut me out when I tried to do that.

Anyway, I’ve spent too much time on this. That said, it’s a great plugin.

I hope you can straighten that out.

I notice that a new update has been issued which fixes the problem I spoke of earlier.

It lists a number of compression plugins. I use wp super cache. Will the update solve the problem I started this thread on. ie. the first update left red lines instead of wpp figures.

Will it fix that with the latest update.

I discovered when I called up my sitemaps that a page of the website showed, not the sitemap.

Google recorded that as a crawling error and now I have seven pages on my website that have restricted ad supply including the front page. That restriction is costing me 18 per cent of my revenue.

The reason that you see another plugin site map is that I had to drop the rank math plugin because it was causing the error. I’m using another plugin.

Now can you tell me how I get those pages off “crawler, unknown error” in adsense. Do I wait for another crawl which could take a week and hope that it can crawl the new plugin’s sitemap. My front page is one with a crawler error now due to the Rank Math sitemap. So is page 3.

I would like to use page rank. Much of my website which I’ve been using for 14 years is built around your feature in PR. My website is a shambles and I’ve spent a week trying to correct all this and I”m not through.

So what happened and can I trust Page Rank plugin again?

How do I correct this problem? Your plugin has created a great deal of damage. I’m rather hoping you will be able to fix it.

This is bizarre.

now and then my rank math sitemap shows a page of my website rather than the sitemap — then it disappears and shows the sitemap again

it is triggering a “crawler: unknown error” in google adsense and is diminishing my earnings markedly — it has blocked ad serving on my front page bulldogottawa.com

how do i fix this

I have updated the weather pro widget and now all I’m getting is the name of the widget and a hotkey to your website.

Will you be continuing your plugin in the old format or will it just be a referral hotkey?

I find your plugin everything a website needs for weather and more but I can’t use it if it is just a referral key to your website. That’s not a plugin but a hotkey.

Please get it back to what it was. It has been a trouble-free, excellent plugin.
