Best solution I was able to find was this: ‘USPS Simple Shipping for Woocommerce’. Easy to set up and gathers live rates just fine.

That plugin shows that it hasn’t been updated in three years. Is it still working for you?

I honestly don’t remember which email customizer it was, as it’s no longer on my system. It was messing with a gift card plugin that I needed. This was all several weeks, and numerous updates, including WP, ago.

My installation is now behaving correctly. Not exactly sure why, but I did recently disable an email customizer that wasn’t playing nice with another plugin.

So, we’re going from a free service to needing a premium plugin that’s $79/yr to get the same functionality?

Yes, it is puzzling. The only other oddity I get is an occasional double order notification. Started having the trouble on Dec. 13th and opened a support ticket #1643661

Currently on Twitter with Jetpack and they are aware of it.

Disabling SiteOrigin Page Builder does solve the conflict, but so much of my site is built with it that disabling it messes up almost all of my formatting. Until one or both come up with a solution, I’ll probably disable Jetpack instead when I need to edit something.
