That is what the problem is about!
The drop down isn’t empty but the name of the Ninja form isn’t recognized. The Ninja form is the “empty entry” below -Please select- (left). As you can see on both screenshot I am able to connect my custom fields but not the essential Mail field.
I reinstalled both plugins but it didn’t have an impact on the problem.
