I have a website where I would like to keep track of two separate groups of opt-ins. It would be great to have two different forms that I could add to my pages by using an ID or something in the shortcode. I don’t know what your roadmap is, but this may be a great idea for the near future.

Thank you! I knew it had to be fairly simple. Just had to have the right function.

This was solved. I had an incorrect PHP function call in the header of my theme that was causing a breakdown in other communications. Once that was corrected things worked just fine.
