Here I have a problem since a few days I walk I find info I’m trying to unsuccessfully applied, my problem is that I have a site in wordpress on a free host after I bought hosting the problem is that I can not seem to put my site on the new host that is to say that I do not know how to send my base given the file Upload I have in the www folder of the new Server.
My setup wordpress: WordPress 3.5.2
