Hey Jade,
The problem has been resolved. It turns out that the labels in the WPForm were left blank. Adding that fixed the issue. Email notifications now show the field names (e.g. Name, Phone Number, etc, instead of Field ID#0, Field ID#1, etc.).Initially, we left out the labels because we didn’t want them to display on the frontend of the website (for a “cleaner” look). I just added some css to make it go away.

I apologize for such a late response.
I actually decided to deactivate the plugin because I found a different solution to adding the video. I just provided a custom shortcode for my client for adding her latest youtube video, which so far has worked just fine.

I use ManageWP as well. I mainly use it for automating plugin updates and for generating client reports. As for backups, I use the Updraft plugin, which has worked great for me. The testing I do is always through my host provider, which is Pressable. I create staging/clone sites and debug issues that way. It’s worked great so far.
For my original problem though, I haven’t had time to look at it. Other, more pressing, things have come up in the past week. I was hoping, though, that the plugin author would respond by now.
Thank you for the suggestion of setting the time zone to someplace else. I’ll give that a try at some point.

Thank you so much for taking a look.
I actually removed it using css (my client was annoyed by the incorrect time) and I completely forgot to update this post. There were multiple instances of the 7pm time on the Home page and on widgets that were applied in the calendar and events pages. I had to remove those as well using display: none.

and it seems like the issue is created when events are imported. I guess it messed up the time?

My client wasn’t too happy when she logged in her site and couldn’t find her calendar. She needed to approve and cancel a bunch of reservations.

I added the restriction and whitelisted the IPs of my host’s server, but now I get a new error. There is a note on that “Key restrictions” page that says: “Note: It may take up to 5 minutes for settings to take effect”. It’s been a day now and I still see the same error.
And yes, the previous developer who worked on my client’s website added the shortcode [youtube_recent]. I’m not sure why. I’ve since changed it to [youtube_channel channel=””].

Yes, we still use your plugin for the site.I changed the shortcode from this

An interesting note is that the previous developer who created the site used [youtube_recent channel] and it actually displayed the video.
Last note is that I’m testing this all on a staging/clone site (since I don’t want to make changes to the live site).
For now, since I can’t get the plugin to work, I’ve decided to just download a copy of the video and add an <iframe src=””> to the page (which works fine).

I was on 3.1.28 when my client’s site broke. I ftp’d into the plugin folder, disabled this plugin, logged into site, and updated the plugin to 3.1.31. That fixed it for me. Plugin is activated and site is live again ??

Pinpoint to my knowledge does not have that capability. The plugin author confirmed it for me. My solution was to use jQuery to limit the months. Basically, disable the arrow button after a certain number of clicks. In your case, it sounds like it would be 2 clicks.

I’m having a similar issue unfortunately.
On this page, when you click on “Read More” for Roxanne Carrillo Garza and Iris J Podshun, it takes you to a 404 page. For these two entries, it seems the url at the end (where the name is) does not take from the “data-entry-slug” (I checked in the browser inspector).
Here are the two href values for the Read More buttons:

I ran several tests by creating new entries. Each time, the Read More button failed to work if I included a middle name.
Is this a bug? How do I fix this?
Some Notes:
– The Read More buttons appear only where there is a <!–more–> in the backend in the Biographical Info section for the Connections Plugin.
– I have “Post name” selected in the Permalinks Common Settings.
– I thought perhaps saving the permalinks page would fix the issue, but it hasn’t.
– In Connections > Settings > Advanced > Name, I have that checked off to turn the name of every entry into a link. That link works for all entries.Hi Dot,
The Pinpoint Booking calendar and the google calendar are still not auto syncing.
Does the Post ID in the Settings have anything to do with this?
The calendar itself has an ID of 1, but the default Post ID is 0.

I hope that maybe this will fix the auto syncing issue.To test this, after changing the ID to 1, I booked another day on the calendar.
If this doesn’t work, I’ll try changing the sync time back to 3600, which was default (I changed it to 300 because I thought maybe it would sync faster).

And your question of whether the Billing Address is enabled or not, that gave me the idea to mess around with the settings in the Payment Gateway tab.For ” Enable payment on arrival” and ” Enable instant approval”, both were disabled. I decided to enable “Enable payment on arrival”. The Book Now button still did not work. So, I decided to disable “Enable billing address”. So, with “Enable payment on arrival” enabled and “Enable billing address” disabled, the Book Now button worked.
I got the friendly message that the booking was successful, and in the backend under Reservations, I saw the reservation as Pending.
I didn’t like the fact that the “pay on arrival” radio button was there. My client doesn’t want that, so, I decided to disable that option again, and surprisingly, it worked!
I guess moving forward, if the Book Now button mysteriously stops working, the solution is to “reset” the settings by enabling and disabling (or vice versa) settings in the payment gateway settings tab. I’ve documented this for my own personal notes. Hopefully this is helpful for others. Not an ideal solution, but it’ll do.
I guess my last question is, why did the reservations expire so quickly? I believe that’s why it never showed up on the Google Calendar. For my other websites, the reservations do not expire like that at all. In fact, I have reservations dating back several months that are still “pending” and have not expired.
I have 4 reservations as pending right now (all of them I created today to test the Book Now button). Now I’ll just wait to see if it syncs with my client’s Google Calendar. Before creating those reservations, I copied and pasted the “Secret address in iCal format” into the Feed URL under “Google Calendar Sync Settings” and I enabled it; I added a 300 sync time (similar to what i have for my other sites);

Sorry. I just re-installed it and it’s there now..
I uninstalled it because I was testing out other plugins, but they weren’t very good at all haha.
I’d like to keep using pinpoint, but for some strange reason it stopped working out of the blue. The only thing I did was I tried to sync Pinpoint’s calendar with my client’s Google calendar. I did not install any other plugins, so I know this isn’t an incompatibility issue (I installed and tested the new plugins AFTER pinpoint stopped working)

Now the “Book Now” button doesn’t even work.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and it still does not work.
I’ve added the availability and price for each day for the Month of March, but when I try to book something, the Book Now button does nothing.
Any advice on how to debug this?
