nada… what’s really weird is how the sidebar accepts the feedbutton, but kicks everything else to the bottom of the posts in IE7…

I’m sorry but I’m having the same exact problem…

My website is in perfect xml valid format, but in IE the sidebar is below the posts… what are the “translation buttons” … relatively new to all this so any help is appreciated.

so absolutely no one can help me with as to why my header, main content, sidebar, and footer are all appearing vertically in internet explorer and not in mozilla firefox?

yeah if you checked the other thread, you’d see that I got it down to 0 validation errors… I’m up to 3 now because I threw in the RSS feed link in the wrong place (if I remove it I have zero)… again this has nothing to do with validation errors.

Now all I have to do tonight is figure out what exactly in my code is causing my page to appear so out of whack in internet explorer.

I’m going to assume that where and how i place my </div> tags will greatly affect the placement of the body, footer, and sidebar in internet explorer right?

fixed the issues… everything’s up and running perfectly valid on firefox now.

Yeah I’m going to look into the sidebar code now Otto and see what’s going on with the divs.

Yikes… So I fixed the last two </div> errors… BUT I’ve got problems.. my sidebar is now on the bottom of my firefox browser for the most part and IE has my page listed as the following:

header
body
sidebar
footer

Good news though! We’re a valid XTMHL 1.0 Transitional page now lmao!!

Oh lord… now can someone help me with the remaining kinks and formatting bugs?
