Hi Dan, thanks for your message. I’ve removed all the postcode as I don’t think it’s needed. It’s still not working though ??

If I enter an address on the Isle of Wight it’s still matching with the United Kingdom zone (the bottom one) instead of the first one which shouldn’t allow shipping.

I tried to replace PO30 by PO30* as well but I get the same error. The postcode listed there are actually postcodes from the Isle of Wight which is added as a region anyway so I guess I could remove those postcodes?

Thank you for your quick response. I’ve tried to get in touch with the support and I was redirected to the live chat but the person wasn’t able to help me. I guess it would be great if this was elevated to a developer as it’s a very uncommon problem from what the support told me.

I had the same problem and it only happened on my “Contact” page, not on any other pages which is weird. @aljnk ‘s fix worked.

I used the sample CSV columns: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/sample-data/sample_products.csv .

My guess is if some columns are missing then the import don’t really work?

Also for the variations:

1) Always feel attribute name/value
2) leave “attribute visible” empty (fill just on the variable product).
3) fill attribute global on variable product and variations
