I am having the same issue.
It is not a plugin clash when I delete the reCAPTCHA V3 keys the form works correctly and this is the same on 4 of my websites.

Is there a problem with reCAPTCHA and Contact form 7?

Yeah I checked it does preview in the admin area.
also all images are still in the admin area and I’ve also tried creating a new one and it still wont show front end.
I tried rolling back to an older version and this fixes the problem so the issue is with the update.

update I’ve found that this only happens on a page admin account. i do need to find a way of making the top bar wish list count add up without the user reloading.

hi did we find a fix to this because i have just done the same and no products are displaying on my site now. ive even tried to role the update back to the previous version and it is still doing the same thing.

please can someone help?
