I did set this setting to ‘Yes’, but the Statistics category doesn’t appear..

I don’t see any errors that should cause this.

Is there something else that could cause this?

It’s not possible at the moment to give you admin access.

Do you have any known conflicts with certain plugins that might be causing this issue?

There are no errors in the console at the moment.

And there is no error in the error log around the time I try to empty the cache.

What else could it be?

I’ve found the cause: a plugin named Simple Custom Post Order (https://nl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/) causes this.

I’ll go ahead and try that. I thought it might be a known issue in WP.

I’ve checked all the plugins, and if there’s a difference between the other subsites and the main subsite. But there is no difference in the used plugins.

What could be going on here?

Additionally: I also see that the single pages of the terms are not accessible.

For example: https://www.wassenburgmedical.com/producttype/washer-disinfectors/ or:
https://www.wassenburgmedical.com/producttype/drying-cabinets/

But they do work on the other subsites, for example: https://www.wassenburgmedical.com/uk/producttype/washer-disinfectors/ or:
https://www.wassenburgmedical.com/uk/producttype/drying-storage-cabinets/

It seems only links with “tel:” do not get tracked. I saw another post where someone has the same problem.

On this page we have e-mail links that do get tracked. But the telephone links do not get tracked: https://www.chain-logistics.nl/contact/

Can someone help us out?

I’ve checked this, but we are already only using GTM. So that’s not the solution for us.

What else could be the problem?

I’ll have a look and see what I can do about that.
