I had to change all the index.php files I created from the plugin folder as well as the theme folders to main.html and used .htaccess to make them DirectoryIndex main.html
This did fix it.

I deleted the version I had and downloaded Yet Another Related Posts Plugin Options 2.1.6 and now everything works 100%.

The same thing happened to me when I didn’t have a plugin activated but the code was in the sidebar for it anyway. It messed the while dashboard up. Once I found out which plugin was not actived, I activated it and BOOM everything was back to normal. This sounds like what you are going through. Find out which plugin is in the sidbar or wherever and activate, it might help.
