Hi @richiewatson , im using different emails for admin and customer. The admin is fine as it only receives one email. Only the customer is receiving emails twice.

By any chance there is a way to restore the plugin to its default settings?

Tried uninstalling and deleting, but same settings apply when i reinstall it.

Hi @richie. Thanks for your reply. It is currently off.

Actually nothing is ticked on Email Settings right now, and its still sending two emails.

    More Info:

Order’s default status is On-Hold upon checkout.

Plugin splits the orders into two, and are both On-Hold until we confirm we can process the order from our end.

2 Automated Emails are sent to customer email at the same time:
1st: Full Summary of Order (unsplitted)
    2nd: Splitted/Child(inclusive) Order Summary

I am not sure if this was because of the plugin update (was using 4.4.2) or some things I changed in the plugin settings when I was tinkering with something, but it used to send only the 1st email, which was what I wanted.

Now I want to disable the 2nd email as it will just confuse customers. Been trying to revert the changes and update I did, to no avail, so I’m thinking it could be something in the settings. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much for this wonderful plugin btw, hoping to buy it soon when finances permits.

    Hi richie,

Thank you for pointing this out. I also tried this with another plugin and can confirm that it works with a new plugin. It seems NextMove fails to call the value of the splitted/child order as opposed to the default setup of woocommerce, hence it doesn’t display it.

Thank you for the prompt reply!
