I did the same steps but when I try to go on [mydomainnamehere]/wp-admin/maint/repair.php I get, of course, the error “Acess Denied! If you need it, please contact support” and I keep on get the problem.
I have also tried the other solution (replacing wp-includes folder) but the result is always the same.
Any other suggestion?

Hy @sebastopolys I forgot to reply wherever I posted. It works very well with the one that I use: Email Customizer for WooCommerce with Drag and Drop Email Builder Plugin.

For who wants to know the solution, I give it for the support team. This value is in wp_postmeta table searching the field real_estate_property_views_count related the properrty id (post ID).

It is not an email template. The string I typed above, is the default string in contact form present in Property page. See screenshot

I have got this result editing wp-content/plugins/essential-real-estate/public/class-ere-template-hooks.php file but I have seen that it is not possible to copy this file in /mytheme/ere-templates/ folder.
