per your advice, I checked both web server and FTP location for backup storage and then proceeded with the backup. However, the archive file was only saved in the web server upon backup completion (without further saving a copy to FTP storage), and my only option was to manually uploading to FTP by clicking Upload button inside the backup details page. I expected the FTP upload to proceed automatically after the web server backup completed, but didn’t happen. Is manual upload after the web server backup the only option?

When it happened, even ‘Force all images to be re-processed’?resulted in the same error message. Wish I could reproduce the symptom but now it works normally. Thanks anyway for the support!

I have made a feature request to support CLI commands for the same reason; I cannot possibly keep the webpage open until all images are processed.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Troubleshooting guide didn’t help. Hope the dev will fix this ASAP.

I am using widgets from Product Filters plugin by XforWooCommerce. I initially thought the source of the problem was the filter plugin but when I disabled Relevanssi, the filter cooperated with the theme normally.
This is very unfortunate because Relevanssi yields the fastest search by far.
