In reply to: [Support Tickets v2] List of Ticketscool, if you find a good way to integrate it into the original plugin code I am happy to take a pull request. The repo is here https://github.com/kezakez/Support-Tickets/. I can do the work on www.ads-software.com so people who have it installed get the update.
A short code is a pretty frequent request, but alas the project I use it on does not require it so I don’t have the time.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Support Tickets v2] WPML SUPPORTSomeone contacted me a while ago saying they created a spanish language file. I said I would add it in but that was the last I heard.
I am not sure what it will do with multiple languages, give it a try and post the results here.

In reply to: [Support Tickets v2] Redirection after Ticket SubmissionThe plugin does not have any special redirect page, it just shows what was entered to the user and allows additional comments to be added.
You might be able to put some JavaScript in the page that checks for the <div class=”suptic form”> or not and redirects.

In reply to: [Support Tickets v2] Does plugin use WP userbase? It only uses users for administering tickets. To submit a ticket all that is required is to fill in the fields. Which is why there is support for CAPTCHA fields.
You could put the form on a page that requires a valid user to be logged in.
