I’m not trying to be a jerk. I need some support! I’m sending lots of time using the product being it produces gre at results and I’m noticing things and I’m crying out for help because I’m up against my boss to finish.

After spending countless hours searching for issue on my own. I discovered that when you add the html content field to form. It will not send if the required box is checked in edit mode! Wow, seems like this is something that should be put in the instructions. Well, if there was a set of instructions being that it is one of the more complex plugins!

Also, I have windows and I can’t import your .json files. I am totally lost now. All of my forms I sent hours on are obsolete. Two of them malfunction and I can’t get them open to edit. And not the other two are not submitting. At this point, to start over with another program will be disastrous. Please help me!

I did try deleting it and re-installing one more time. Magically, I started working properly. Thanks!

Ok, so I tried the delete and re-install but to no avail. The “Caldera Form” plug-in opens just fine. When I get to “forms” “edit” is when I’m having this problem. It seems like some piece of script in the form is continuously looping itself. Sometimes if I walk away and let the computer sleep for a while and come back the form edit page is open. However, yesterday I tried editing it at that stage and the changes wouldn’t update.

Sure, I can delete and reinstall. However, is there anyway to salvage the form when I do?
