Thanks @deardevils for the report.
I can’t find a way to reproduce it and then debug it.
Could you tell me if:
- do you use an SMTP plugin or do you use the standard WordPress function?
- how many files do you send at the same time?
- how much does the attached file weigh?
- have you tried keeping only the plugin active with Gravity Forms and a standard theme?
- what type of server do you use? Do you have any particular configurations?

Hi @matt2047, I checked and it appears that they are handled as attachments, and it is not possible to decide in which location they are displayed on macOS clients.

I think there isn’t a callback for this metabox so trigger error.
