Thank you for dropping by. And sorry about the delay. We’re having some difficulties posting to the support threads

Hi,
The feed url provided looks to be generated by another plugin, not ours.
Regardless, please hop on https://www.shoppingcartproductfeed.com and chat with us on LiveChat — we’ll help you out!Hi…
There is some minor incompatibility that prevents the most recent version from loading products from WP E-Commerce.
Our next push will have the issue resolved.
You can download the version with the fix directly instead of waiting:
https://dev.shoppingcartproductfeed.com/installs/3.0.6.24/WordPress/cart-product-feed.zip*To use this, you must first uninstall the prior version. Existing feeds will be preserved.
Hi! Can you provide a link to the feed so we can check it for XML errors? If you would like to keep it away from a public forum, feel free to contact us directly at https://www.purpleturtle.pro/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=5
When this happens, it’s most often due to WP-Minify compressing the javascript files. If you have WP-Minify, WP-Total Cache or NexGen Gallery, please try disabling them and see if you can select a merchant. If this solution works please get back to us about which plugin was the cause.
If it does not work, kindly let us know and we’ll investigate further
Try v2.1 instead… It runs in WordPress with twenty-fourteen theme without need for edits to the theme. However, note that you must place an image to be replaced otherwise there will be nothing to replace and the video won’t show
We had a client report a similar problem where deactivating NextGen Gallery mysteriously fixed the problem.
I was able to replicate the problem using a clean WordPress + wooCommerce + our own plugin + WP Minify. I can provide more data if that would prove useful: [email protected]
Thank you
You can create support tickets for this plugin directly on our site at:
https://www.purpleturtle.pro/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=5or use this support thread. We’ll need to know what error you’re getting (is it WordPress-side in generating the feed or Google-side in accepting / processing the feed?) plus relevant error messages / screenshots. Thank you.
Sure. The easiest way to do this is to create an attribute called product_ean_code. That will cause this value to appear in the list of attribute mappings. Then you can map it to gtin as per normal, and the plugin should go fetch it from your product’s custom fields.
Depending on your version, if it doesn’t come out automatically, you may have to coax it by going into the advanced tab and entering:
product_ean_code = g:gtin
Let me know if you can’t get it to go and I’ll look into your particular version for you.
Hi!
Please ensure you have attributes created in WordPress. Go to products > attributes and enter the attributes you would like to see listed. Cart-product-feed gets its attributes from this list to populate the dropdown.
Hi!
It sounds like you have variations enabled for that product. The plugin will automatically detect your variations and submit them using the g:mpn field to differentiate them.
The easiest way to remove the duplicates is to either remove the variations or map some other specifier into GTIN

Hi!
A category export is not a true feed, it’s just a one-time file export. It won’t appear under feeds because the feeds are designed to go to specific merchant venues (such as Google, Amazon, etc)
To get the best results, I recommend you target your feed to the merchant venue you want to submit to. Also, could you give us the plugin version you’re using?
Hi! Thank you.
I’ve added this usability feature to our development board for future releases.

For non-us countries, you can edit your Google taxonomy list. Google usually provides this in .txt format. You can pull this down in the format / language of your choice and upload it into your plugin folder via ftp or cPanel (the folder will be wp-content/(plugin folder)/core/feeds)
Alternatively, contact us and we’ll build you a version with the taxonomy you provide.
