I faced the similar issue and managed to solve it. Updated Divi theme. If still does not work, ensure Cart page is not using any theme first by selecting the Return To Default Editor at the top of the Cart page. (Pages > Cart). Ensure shortcode [woocommerce_cart] is shown. Then add your theme again by selecting Edit With Divi Builder. Hope this helps.

If you don’t need Apple Pay / Google Pay, disable them in Express Checkout settings. This will solve the problem.
