i deleted nothing or I touched in websites today until I found out the problem. Is there any guidelines to improve my security?

I really don’t get what’s with 1 of my 4 websites didn’t experienced the problem.

i’m fixing it right now.. i need to up my site as soon as possible. Now i want to know what may cause this error? it is really weird. for my posts.php been deleted/removed without i’m doing anything. and I experienced it from 3 out of 4 websites hosted in hostagor.

do you think i got hacked?

and based from other thread it is like i’m missing my post.php I checked it and they are right.. i’m missing it but it’s weird to lose it in three of my websites. I check yesterday back up and it has still post.php .. I did anything to delete it.
