In reply to: [PWA] iOS, Android and Microsoft mobile devicesCause your question is not about a plugin problem but an OS problem. iOS doesn’t include such functionality and that’s a choice from Apple. Same for Mac or other browser on PC (apart from Chrome) who just doesn’t want to include such functionality. If you want it to be like on Android, then you have to ask Apple or Windows to include it, no plugin can do such thing.

In reply to: Theme File Editor disappeared in 6.2That’s what I have on 3 different themes, 3 different websites:
Same here. This new version has a critical error and WordPress deactivated itself the plugin with its recovery mode.
I have the exact same issue. Currently running 6.0.3, if I update to 6.0.5, all my website is in error 404 and my .htaccess file goes blank. I had to use a file/database backup and I stay in 6.0.3 until this is corrected.
Ok, so, if it helps anyone having the same issue. I added this in my CSS:
html.wp-dark-mode-active { background-color: var(--wp-dark-mode-bg) !important; }
Now it works.
Seems that my theme (Newspaper) was overriding something.Also, I already tried
.backstretch { --wp-dark-mode-bg: transparent !important; }
but it doesn’t change anything
I’m using the Newspaper theme, if it can help.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [All-in-one Like Widget] Facebook widget disappearedTried with Safari (15.4) and Chrome (99.0.4844.51). It won’t appear on both.
I thought about the theme as well, but I checked some other websites using this plugin (following links in the previous questions on this support forum) and it appears blank on all other websites for me too.
The only other option is the latest MacOS update from yesterday, but as I see how it would affect Safari, which was updated at the same time, I don’t see why it would affect Chrome as it’s blank under Chrome too.
EDIT: it appears on Safari iOS. So, could it be in a way however be linked to the MacOS update?

Thanks for your answer.
The website is [ redundant link removed ]
The background pictures are only appearing on articles, like this one for example: /freshSadly, I tried your custom CSS with every class concerned by the background image and nothing is working.
Also, when activated, on the homepage, the dark mode turns all the titles from white to black (and so they disappear). This problem is solved by going on an article with dark mode activated, and going back to the homepage from the main menu. Then, the titles are all white again. But this is a real problem if you turn dark mode on from the homepage directly as you can’t see where you click anymore.

In reply to: Unable to type in existing blocks in a ColumnI’m on 5.9 and still have this issue.
I’m trying on two different systems and the result is the same, I can select a block but not write in it, I have to delete it and ctrl+Z it to be able to write again. It happens when the editor is open for a long time on a same article (more than 20 minutes). As I write movie reviews while I watch them, my editor is open for sometimes 2 hours or more on the same article.Tried it on:
– a MacBook Pro mid-2010 with High Sierra and an old version of Safari.
– a MacBook Pro M1 Pro (it has just 2 days) with the latest version of Safari and Mac OS MontereySo it can’t be related to the OS, or even the browser (as for you it was Firefox or Chrome).
The answer was fast ??
Thanks again for this plugin!Just checked the page source code, and YASR clearly writes “< ;strong> ;You can vote here< ;/strong> ;” now instead of the < > . So WordPress considers it as a text and not an html tag.
