After hearing from you, we have tested the embedded youtube iframe videos in Accordion in our local environment and it is working just fine.

As you said you had tested it in your latest theme and it also worked fine. So the issue could have happened due to the older version. Please always try to use the updated version to avoid this kind of issue.

We are really sorry that the plugin UI misleads you. The free version of the plugin has the option to display the parent Categories in a Slider. The pro version has the option to display both parent and child categories individually or together. We kept the parent and child option for the best user experience so that users can set the parent can child categories on their own. Everyone may not find it helpful the way we keep it as there are many men with many minds. We constantly strive to update the plugin according to the client’s requirements and give them the best user experience capability. We took your opinion as a suggestion and added this to our development roadmap.

Giving a bad review to a plugin for not matching with your expected UI is really unfortunate as we keep it for different purposes.

You just mislead by the plugin menu. Obviously, the plugin has the Shortcode Generator option in both the free and premium versions. Recently the Shortcode Generator name has been changed to Manage Views. I have captured a short video to show you how to create a shortcode for your Testimonial Views or Showcase or Slider. Please watch this video.

We are really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the plugin. I agree with you that the lite version has limited features but you can create a full Testimonials Section or Page with the features which are given in the lite version without the pro features.

This Testimonial plugin is being actively used by 30,000+ users. Of course, they found it useful. We are continuously working to improve our plugin and give the best experience to our users.

If you have any feature requests specifically, it would be great if you contact us for a feature request.

Giving a low rating to a plugin without checking the premium feature request is really unfortunate. According to you, the plugin has only the image carousel type but if you check the plugin demos you will find there are four other carousel types(Post, Product, Content, and video). All of the carousel types have different functionality. It is basically a multipurpose plugin. The price is to maintain the developers’ cost so that we can keep continuing contribution to the community.

The plugin works very well and we are continuously working to make it better. As the plugin didn’t harm your website, we hope that you’ll consider for your reviews to inspire us so that we can make it full of advanced features for our valuable users and make them believe the price reasonable.
