The Category plugin is based on category, so it can display only the categories, not the product. If you want to show specific categories it can be achieved. The plugin has the option to show specific categories.

The plugin has the option to open the post single page in a new tab. Check the screenshot to see the option. We have visited the page link you shared unfortunately we didn’t find the Smart Post Show section anywhere.
The word character length option is not available in the lite version of the plugin.

To fix the testimonial content use the following CSS in the plugin custom CSS field. See the screenshot for a better understanding.

There is no direct option to change the pagination color in the lite version of the plugin. But it can be achieved by using custom CSS. Use the below CSS in the custom CSS field.
/*for the default color*/ #sp-testimonial-free-wrapper-49 .sp-testimonial-free-section .slick-dots li button { background: #c24f4f; }
/*for the active color*/ #sp-testimonial-free-wrapper-49 .sp-testimonial-free-section .slick-dots li.slick-active button { background: #1595ce; }

There is another way to get the plugin and the license key. Follow the process below:1. Log into your ShapedPlugin account.

This error is due to the absence of permission given to the WordPress files. All the folder permissions should be 755.
chmod -R 755 /for all folders
And all the file permissions should be 644.
chmod -R 644 /all the files
You can also check the WordPress GUI and check the site health (Tools > site health) if your health status is not good, scroll down and see the errors over there, needed permission for each file will be mentioned over there and give the permissions accordingly.
Only for try
chmod -R 777 /parent folder where all the files are included if this works you can confirm that your issue is with the permission.If that didn’t work check out the memory and the wp-config.php file

I agree that the lite version has limited features but you can create an attractive logo showcase with the features which are given in the lite version without the pro features. From your review, we got to know that you are showing a static image instead of a carousel. This could happen due to limited logos or misconfiguration of the settings. Sometimes, the plugin JS gets conflicted. If you could contact us before submitting the review we could have resolved your issues.

Yes, the Testimonial plugin is compatible with the Divi theme. We tried to visit your site but unfortunately, the page is password protected. So we are unable to see and inspect the testimonial.
After getting your query we have tested the plugin with the Divi the and the Divi builder again and the testimonial is showing properly on our end. Actually, it’s tough for us to provide a solution without seeing the issue.
